One of the major causes of diseases in the country is poor sanitation. I'm Drinking Minute Maid Pulpy because it's healthy and refreshing!

I just drank a bottle of Minute Maid Pulpy. They say it’s got ‘no preservatives added’. Aw, c’mon…It’s bottled juice. Is that even possible? So I thought maybe... it is true because, I enjoyed the taste and the orange pulp inside

I didn’t believe it the first time I heard it’s got no preservatives added. So I read the ingredients (even the fine print) and everything checked out! It really has NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED! That means it doesn’t have ingredients that may turn out to be allergens, or worse...carcinogens! Whew! Now that’s healthy goodness that tastes so good, I... will make sure it will be in my grocery list next time, or maybe part of my lunch and dinner

So okay, it’s got no preservatives added. That’s really good, right? Not just because it doesn’t have those icky, harmful ingredients, but it also means... I got that authentic orange flavor that is fresh and healthy to drink

So far anyone who still has a hard time believing that Minute Maid has got no preservatives added - meaning it's THAT natural, it's almost like it's plucked straight from the tree, it's just as Mother Nature wanted your orange juice to be, it's got nothing but the good stuff yes, none of those potentially toxic stuff that can harm your brain, kidneys, heart; cause tumors aargh- the list of preservatives' bad effects just go on!!! Anyway, just to prove a point on just how good Minute Maid Pulpy is 'cause it's got NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED, I'm gonna make sure its part of my daily meal and will be recommending it to my friends and families to secure a healthy bottle of Minute Maid Pulpy everyday

Feels good to know about the real pulpy deal, right? C’mon show me a smile on the comment box, and you might win yourself a Really Pulpy Deal! (That’s a chance to win a Minute Maid gift pack simply by commenting. Sweet! C'mon you just might be picked as the lucky 'commentor'!)

Love,

Flow

Maybe your guessing what am I writing on this blog?  Janette Toral of Digital Filipino recommended me to join the Minute Maid Puply contest in their Facebook. The mechanics is easy just complete the sentence and publish it on your website and you can win as much as P20, 000. Aside from that you must include banners and widgets of Minute Maid Pulpy to gain more points. So join now promo starts on January 10, 2011.

Real Love T-Shirt Winner

Last October 3, I had a contest in support of Kythe Foundation’s Real Love Campaign where Uniliver Food Solutions will be giving 1, 000 sandwiches for every 1, 000 likes in the Facebook Page. Right now the page grew to 2, 000 more and counting followers; I hope there will be more who will “Like” the said FB Page.

Being a supporter with this campaign, it is very important that we should not just pray to those who are in need; the challenge is to act on the “challenge” given to us and to advocate, support and to take action. This is the answer posted by Markey in his facebook status and tagging the Real Love Campaign. He Said: -Markey Markey ‎Real Love Campaign: I will share my love to the kids of Kythe by supporting and promoting their advocacy.”

I hope after this promo, let’s all support Kythe Foundation on their project, children who has cancer needs prayer, love, support and help that they all needed in fighting cancer. Maybe you guys can consider to be a volunteer or donating to the foundation, all the help are welcome so start showing that REAL LOVE to them.

As for the winner, I’ll be sending email regarding the details on how to claim the prices.

Sharon Cuneta, Christian Bautista and Erik Santos to host Star Power: Sharon’s Search for the Next Female Pop Superstar

The long wait is almost over. The curtain is about to be raised. Witness as multi-awarded Megastar Sharon Cuneta spearheads the historic unfolding of her newest and much-anticipated Star Power: Sharon’s Search for the Next Female Pop Superstar, beginning Sunday, October 10, after Going Bulilit on ABS-CBN.

Meanwhile, Star Power co-hosts Pop Prince Erik Santos and Asia’s Idol Christian Bautista shared in an exclusive interview how excited they are in their first-ever hosting of the talent search. It can be recalled that both of the singers were products of the talent reality search Star in a Million.

“It’s like a full circle. Ngayon, kami naman yung nag-iintroduce ng mga bagong batch ng singers. It’s a great honor and it’s a privilege kasi, in a way, alam namin yung pinagdadaanan nila. Alam namin kung paano sila tutulungan at susuportahan,” Christian said.

Star Power’s premiere on the historic 10.10.10 also marks Erik’s birthday. The Pop Prince expressed his gratitude not only for the hosting opportunity he got in Star Power but also for the happiness he has.

“My birthday wish is syempre, mataas na ratings ng aming show, ang Star Power. Siyempre parating good health, more projects… Ay, love life pa pala. Hahahaha. I want a love na magla-last,” Erik said.

According to Erik and Christian, to become the next pop superstar like them, Star Power contenders must be strong, humble and god-fearing enough to face the challenges the music industry offers.

“Be prayerful. Being in a competition, tama nga si Erik, dapat maging humble ka. Show your best performance always. Kapag nandun ka na sa stage, competitors muna sila.  Backstage, friends mo na sila ulet,” Christian said.

If the 20 female contenders practiced painstakingly for their performances, Erik and Christian also prepared a lot in their talent search hosting venture.

“For this one, nag-research ako sa hosting ng isang contest like this one. Kailangan mo kasing magkaroon peg bago mo gawin ang isang bagay. At least meron kang paggagayahan, meron kang model. Binalikan ko yung mga episodes ng isang international singing competition. Tiningnan ko rin pati yung hosting sa Star in A Million before,” Erik shared.

Judged by acclaimed actor/director Edgar “Bobot” Mortiz, concert legend Mitch Valdes and R&B sensation/TV host Billy Crawford, Sharon Cuneta’s Star Power empowers 20 young female hopefuls from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao to maximize their own potentials, develop their talents and improve their skills. All of them undergo Sharon’s rigorous mentoring, but only one can be hailed female pop superstar.

With hosts and contestants already geared up, Star Power is now ready to dominate the Sunday’s Primetime block. Never miss “Star Power: Sharon’s Search for the Next Female Pop Superstar” on Sunday, October 10, after Going Bulilit at ABS-CBN.

Our Fight Against Cancer and Reaching Out to Others

Cancer is known as a silent killer and as of 2007, 7.9 million or 13% of worldwide death is caused by cancer, and sadly no age is excuse of being vulnerable with the said disease. The most vulnerable to have cancer are children that are mostly fragile and can be more traumatic for them. In the 1998 report of Department of Health according to them the numbers of children with cancer around 2,707 and possibly the number of cases now (2010) the estimation reaches to 3,500 up. For children Leukemia and Lymphoma is the common cancer cases where malignancies derived from hematopoietic (blood-forming) cells.

It’s been awhile since I involved myself to be an advocate for cancer awareness since my father died on it. It was 2003 when my father was diagnosed of having cancer in the stomach and it was already malignant. It hard for the family to see our dad struggling from pain, it was October on that same year when my father passed away; it was the darkest day in our lives from the time we discovered the cancer and up to his death. It was traumatic for my two sisters who very much close to him and to my mother, in my case I need to be strong yet who has the courage to be strong knowing that someone died in your family? From there, I decided to join the campaign and to advocate for cancer awareness and reach out to those who needs support which in times like that the only courage that a cancer patient needs two things; to have faith and to have people around him/her supporting him/her on his battle against the disease.

For those who wanted to take on this campaign you may visit Ms. Janette Toral’s blog post: Showing Real Love for Children with Cancer.

Be one of us, let’s all support Real Love campaign for Kythe Foundation and reach out to children who are in need of our love and support.

The Quezon City Poster Painting Contest on Climate Change is open to all high school and college students of Quezon City, as part of the Serbisyong Bayan project of QC Mayor Sonny Belmonte and the Environmental Protection and Waste Management Department (EPWMD) where eight participants (four from High School level and four from College level) can win P20, 000 as support to their tuition fee.
