Hennessy Artistry in Manila on Nov 19 at the NBC Tent

For the very first time in Philippines, Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific brings the most anticipated Hennessy Artistry event in Manila on November 19 at the NBC Tent in The Fort, Taguig City. Hennessy Artistry in Manila will present 2 international music star DJs, and local bands like Pupil, Kjwan and True Faith for a night of music and fun courtesy by Moet Hennessy. The event will be an opportunity for everyone to appreciate all types of music from rock, electro, alternative, R&B, and pop with the right blending and music that everyone will enjoy.

The Hennessy Artistry in Manila, like in other Asian countries like Singapore, Malysia, South Korea, Vietnam and Thailand, it will be a by invitational event. Elements announces 60 songwriters to join the Music Camp in November

After series of screening done by 7101 Music Nation for the 1st ELEMENTS National Song Writing Camp on November 14 – 18 in Dumaguete City in Negros Occidental, the team officially announced the name of the 60 songwriters who will be joining the said workshop. The 60 Elements participants follows:

Emmanuel Aguila, Jana Alano, Abby Asistio, Juan Gabriel Ayala, Marco Lorenzo Baccay, Zen Joshua Bahan, Marc Peter Baluyan, Jowel Basister, Cedric Bonjoc, Alexander Briones, Jeriko Buenafe, Jessica Sarah Bulahan, Len Calvo, Marie Anathea Chua, Migi de Belen, Enrique de Dios, Hans Dimayuga, Lino Belli Dumas, Andrei Elizaga, Alfonso Agustin Enriquez, Cattski Espina, Danilo Estioco, Ann Margaret Figueroa, Jude Gitamondoc, Don Kishin Javier, Angel Josol, Rey Emmanuel Lapingcao, Joselito Lema, Kevin Louie Lim, Katrina Marie Lopez, Michel Korina Magsaysay, Noel Mahinay, Mark Vincent Manansala, Tyrone Jester Mateos, Miguel Mendoza III, Jessan May Mirador, Nasrudin Mokamad, Ireneo Orio III, James Palma, Pio Labra Pataganao, Jethro Patalinghug, Josemari Quiblat, Rene Karl Ramirez, Maria Carmina Ramos, Shann Bryle Rubido, Denise Sagun, Charmi Rose Santos, Roque Santos, Jeremy Sarmiento, Rivah-Anne Singson, Pocholo Suavillo, Jem Talaroc, Kim Tiangco, Carlo Luis Tiangson, Jazper Tiongson, Katrina Torralba, Carlos Nikolai Velarde, Lorenzo Gabriel Vergara, Danielle Elise Zamar, and Renna Mae Zetha.


The 60 participants will be joining the 24 biggest names in the Philippine music industry, including Ryan Cayabyab, Rico Blanco, Jim Paredes, Joey Ayala, Gary Valenciano, Jonathan Manalo, Jungee Marcelo, and Yael Yuzon. The Elements was a project of 7101 Music Nation spearheaded by artistic director Ryan Cayabyab. The said screening of the aspiring participants for the songwriting camp begins last September of this year.

7101 Music Nation brings The 1st ELEMENTS National Songwriting Camp

7101 Music Nation formed by Julio D. Sy, Ryan Cayabyab and Twinky Lagdameo will be having its 1st ELEMENTS National Song Writing Camp on November 14 – 18 in Dumaguete City in Negros Occidental where it will nurture and train aspirant song writers to enhance their talents and learn from the masters of OPM. There where 60 slots will be given to all aspiring participants; 20 from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Participant will undergo 5 day of out-of-the classroom mentor ship, all expenses paid.

Participants for the 1st ELEMENTS National Song Writing Camp must be a Filipino citizen with the age of 18-35 years old and has the talent on song writing and they should pass the screening process headed by Mr. C and his team. Application period will start from July 20 to August 22, 2010 which covers live auditions and tryouts, and the official list of 60 participants will be announced on September 22, full details is posted at the official website http://www.7101musicnation.com.ph including the online registration form.

The 5-day workshop will present modules on Musikang Pinoy: History 101, Basic Music Creation, Lyrics, Beyond Music and Words, Commercial Music Structures, The Music Producer, Publishing & New Business Trends, Music & Technology, Music Videos & Production and Music & Inspiration. Speakers, Lecturers, and Team Facilitators include such luminaries as Jim Paredes, South Border's Jay Durias, Side A's Joey Benin, Joey Ayala, Noel Cabangon, Gary Granada, Gary Valenciano, Chito Miranda of Parokya ni Edgar, Gabby Alipe of Urbandub, Sponge Cola's Yael Yuzon, Jonathan Manalo, Jungee Marcelo, Trina Belamide, and more big names on the local music industry.
