Among the samplers that was served in Crystal Jade private lunch, here is my personal choice or should I say my set when i return: Steamed Soupy Pork Dumpling "Xiao Long Bao" is my favorite dim sum, Cold Sliced Pork Roll with Cucumber with Garlic is my appetizer where I enjoy the mild taste of the cold sliced meat with cucumber and carrots inside, Crispy Eel and Sauteed Chicken with Cashew Nuts in Spicy Sauce will be my main dish and will be partner with the Yang Zhou rice it will really fill my stomach when I ordered those dishes and lastly to end my delicious meal I go for the Mango Pudding that has delicate or mild sweetness which I like rather that the extra sweet type of desert something I find comforting and relaxing to eat before I leave the Crystal Jade. All the dish in Crystal Jade are good for two to three persons.  So all I can say its affordable and worth you're time and budget.
