Tron: Legacy’s Billboard Ads

In line with the showing of Tron: Legacy in the Philippines on January 2011, (December 17, 2010 in US and other countries), Walt Disney Pictures officially release the billboard ads to add more excitement to those who is anticipating the movie especially in 3D and IMAX. Tron: Legacy is the sequel of the 1982 film entitled Tron which directed by Steven Lisberger and now returning as the producer of the 2010 science fiction film with Joseph Kosinski as the director. Actors and actresses include Garrett Hedlund, Bruce Boxleitner, Olivia Wilde and Jeff Bridges who will be reprising his role as Kevin Flynn who is the creator of Tron.

Here are the billboard designs of the most anticipated Tron: Legacy of Walt Disney Pictures.

The film follows the journey of Sam Flynn (Hedlund) in search of his father (Kevin) who disappeared after creating a video game. Sam retraces his father’s whereabouts before his mysterious vanish until he was sucked in a portal going to Tron and reunited with his father. In order to escape they need to fight the villains created by his father and play with the rules of the game.

Tron: Legacy will be showing in all cinemas nationwide on January 2011, available in both 3D and regular format. The film is distributed by Walt Disney Pictures International.
