Kiko Pangilinan withdraws from Senate Presidency race

Liberal Party Senator Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan quits the Senate Presidency race a day before the openning the 15th Congress on July 26. Pangilinan doesn't want to be the reason of the fragmentation and disunited senate.
