The latest Canon imageRUNNER Advance series answers the needs of both large-sized and meduim-sized company in their needs to enhance work efficiency for departments and individual employees to lessen equipments, steps, and waiting for a very long process. It lessen clutter and trash with too many papers and unorganized soft copy files that goes with cost and confusion and also Canon ImageRunner Advance eliminates fear and risk now that is has per user security access and intelligent document imaging services where it can encrypt files that was previously printed or scanned to avoid unauthorized reprinting and distribution.
ImageRunner Advance gives the management or company owner a full security control to the machine with a customized per user or by department. Aside from security, the machine can also store office files like leave forms, overtime forms and other template forms that everyone needs, aside from the forms it can also print and store PDF and EPS files without the use of computer. The good thing with this brand is that it compresses the files without sacrificing its quality. ImageRunner Advance has 80 gigabytes standard memory hard disk and can expand to 250 gigs.
The ImageRunner Advance Series has a USB hub where a user can directly print the files from a flash drive and view it through an 8.4 inches x 10.4 inches full color SVGA touch screen where it can be tilt and slide. Screen background can be changed depending on the user's setting.
This product is designed and created made out of 100% combined bio-plastic and recycled plastic parts. It also reduces energy consumption with its 1 Watt Sleep Mode compare to other products.
