Walt Disney Company bought Marvel Entertainment for $4.3 Billion
Its official, the Walt Disney Company acquires Marvel Entertainment Incorporation last Thursday (December 31, 2009) amounting to almost $4.3 billion. The said acquisition means bringing the Marvel heroes and villains like Iron Man, X-Men, and others on the enchanted castle where Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Snow White and the rest of the Disney characters. The Marvel Entertainment shareholders approved the said acquisition on Thursday.
