Rizal Thunderbird Resorts brings Aiza Seguerra and Nyoy Volante on a one night acoustic engagement at the Poro Point Thunderbird Resorts in La Union on February 19, Saturday, 9PM. This is part of Thunderbird Resorts’ Experience Unplugged show where they invite local musicians to perform and serenade their guests and it is free admission.
Aiza Seguerra will sing her hit songs “Pagdating ng Panahon” to serenade couples who are still celebrating their Valentine’s Day while Nyoy Volante will perform some of his hit songs including “Nasaan Ka?” and “Ito ang Pangako ko”.

In line with the 70th years of the College Music and Performing Arts of St Paul University Manila and the 50th anniversary of the teaching career of the renowned music professor Carmencita Guanzon Arambulo, popularly known as Mrs. A, St Paul University Manila and Greenhills Music Studio presents Mrs. A's Opus: 50th Anniversary Concert on August 1, 5pm at the Fluer de Lis Auditorium of SPU-Mla.
With five (5) dacades in teaching music, Mrs. A became the mentors of most popular personalities in the music industry and will be paying her respect and tribute as part of the concert. Performers like Ryan Cayabyab who was influenced by Mrs. A's passion in music and composing songs, Louie Ocampo who is one of Mrs. A's student in Greenhills Music Studio in the early age of 12 and same with Fr. Manolong Francisco who was mentored by Mrs. A while he is in th GMS. And with Mrs. A's guidance in music and performance the names of Maritess Salientes, Oliver Salonga, and Rowena Arrieta will not be popular in the music scene and earn various awards from festivals and competitions. Indeed Mrs. A, in her 50 years in her passion contributes much in the music industry by molding respected performers and musicians that gain popularity not only in the Philippines but in whole world.
Ariel and Rica Arambulo, two of Mrs. A’s talented off springs will also be performing on the concert with Hansel Ang a 7-year old gifted child, Jonathan Coo, and Katherine Fernandez. All the performers will be performing majority of Mrs. A’s composition to be backed up by the GMS’s Music Kids, Mass Appeal Choir and an orchestra.

On July 18, 6:30 PM at Church of Gesu in Ateneo de Manila University, Jesuit Communications Foundation, Inc. (JesCom) will be launching the Dwells God album through a concert headed by Fr. Arnel Aquino SJ., the composer of the songs in the album.
