Preserving treasured moments with All About Scrapbooking ~ My Opinion

Filipinos are known for being sentimental and family-centric community. We tend to collect memorabilia and pictures of different occasions and places with our families and friends, and in the age of modern technology just uploaded it in social networks like Facebook, Multiply and Flick’r, its simple and not that creative like those in photo albums that our mom, tita and lola’s did before.

Ms. Carmel Joan Carpio shared the basic of scrapbooking in their Filstar Office in Pasig City last Sunday (March 20) and encouraged us to explore though imagination while having fun with designing our own pages with all the accessories and papers that they provided us. I’m not that good yet with scrapbooking, but maybe soon I can pull those creative juices inside me to create more designs for my pages. But aside from being creative, the wonderful thing with scrapbooking it serves as a therapy for those who wanted to be relaxed and cherish special moments.
