Department of Health Secretary has admitted that the government has 200 million pesos (US$ 4.35 million) to advertise its condom campaign alone.
Secretary Cabral faces the controversial issues hurled at her this Saturday on “The Bottomline with Boy Abunda” with Boy Abunda.
Dubbed as immoral and ‘has one foot in hell’, several bishops have already called for Secretary Cabral’s resignation because of her indestructible support for condom distribution in the country.
She was not only being criticized by the church sector. A fellow doctor and former DOH official called her ignorant of the real situation and even accused her of having personal interest in the campaign.
