Rexona Run: The 4th Runrio Series Manila 2011 ~ My Opinion

Rexona challenges you adventure seekers and runners to test your limit and join the Rexona Run: The 4th Runrio Series Manila 2011 that will happen on July 24 at SM Mall of Asia Grounds. There will be four (4) race categories including 3K, 5K, 10K and 21K run. This running event is presented by Rexona Men Adventure and all the marathon participants will have the chance to win cash prizes, all-expense-paid adventure in the Great Wall of China and get access at the Rexona Adventure Hub on the venue.

Here are the details for each category:

3K Run (P500 Registration Fee). Race kit includes singlet, timing chip, bib number, 20% off coupon from Planet Sports & Athlete’s Foot Stores & 10% off coupon from Toby’s / Runnr Store), race analysis, finishers kit, certificate, and free photo on the finish line. Winners on this category will bring home P3, 000 (First Place), P2, 000 (Second Place), and P1, 000 (Third Place), plus a gift pack.

5K Run (P600 Registration Fee). Race kit includes singlet, timing chip, bib number, 20% off coupon from Planet Sports & Athlete’s Foot Stores & 10% off coupon from Toby’s / Runnr Store), race analysis, finishers kit, certificate, and free photo on the finish line. Winners on this category will bring home P5, 000 (First Place), P4, 000 (Second Place), and P3, 000 (Third Place).

10K Run (P600 Registration Fee). Winners on this category will bring home P7, 000 (First Place), P5, 000 (Second Place), and P5, 000 (Third Place) worth of prizes.

21K Run (P750 Registration Fee). Race kit includes singlet, D-tag, timing chip, bib number, 20% off coupon from Planet Sports & Athlete’s Foot Stores & 10% off coupon from Toby’s / Runnr Store), race analysis, finishers kit, certificate, and free photo on the finish line. Winners on this category will bring home P10, 000 (First Place), P7, 000 (Second Place), and P5, 000 (Third Place) worth of prizes.

There will be two ways of registration:

Online registration: Participants can register at www.runrio.com or at the Rexona Philippines Facebook page from June 8, 2011 to July 3, 2011 only. Race kits will be delivered on the given address beginning June 17, 2011.

On Ground/In-store Registration: Runners can register on the following venues from June 4 - July 10, 2011

For non-runners and those joining at the Rexona Run can also join the Rexona Adventure Hub happening on July 23-24 at SM Mall of Asia. There will be lots of activities including wall climbing, zipped line and others. Participants of Rexona Run can get inside for free but for non runners all they need to enter is by providing proof of purchase of Rexona Men Adventure stick, spray or roll on. Participants at the Rexona Adventure Hub is eligible to join the raffle to win all expense paid trip going to Cagayan de Oro, Banaue, and Bohol.
