Made popular by DC Comics, Jonah Hex is a westernize anti-hero adapted to a film by Warner Bros. Pictures and set to be shown on June 18 in all theaters nationwide. The 2010 action packed film is directed by Jimmy Hayward and stars by Josh Brolin playing the role Jonah Hex, a curt and skeptical scarred face bounty hunter defending the innocent where officers of the law can no longer provide.
After surviving his death, Hex was forced to hide from the real world and live himself according to what is believed to be a myth and legend. Having Lilah (Megan Fox) as the only eye and connection in the real world, he aims to bring justice to the innocents in times where the providers of the law can no longer provide. With the anti-hero concept, the film will be a battle of what is right or wrong, good on evil, defending on what “face” of justice we are looking, this time the hero is not as good looking as the others.
Jonah Hex also stars John Malkovich, Michael Fassbender, Will Arnett and Michael Shannon, distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures and showing in all theaters nationwide beginning June 18, 2010.
