The Good Earth Tea Room is popularly known from its dishes like Lily on the Pond, a delectable steamed dimsum made of a mix of vegetables and prawns in a spicy curry and white coconut cream sauces, Crispy Chicken Pao, Duck Siopao, Sautéed Chicken with Pine Nuts and Lettuce, Drunken Chicken with Century Egg, Shantung Spicy Chicken, and Crispy Peking Chicken. The Good Earth Tea Room was established in 1994 as a small eatery on an independent gallery in Magallanes where they serve fusion cuisine like Tunaquitos, it is a cleansing dish of raw tuna with spring onions served in a taco shell with white sauce and wasabi,and a version of the popular Tex-Mex taquito and Duckquitos, that is made upof roast duck with white sauce and black sesame seeds still in the traditional taco shell.
