I want to know your Sa Wari (Opinion) on the topic are you in favor of charter change? If Yes what are the possible positive that Philippines will gain from this? If No, what are the other alternatives that the government should resolve to and what problem should the government target first?

Are you referring to Senate Joint Resolution #10 (SJR#10)? If that's it, then again I'd like to point out that it was signed by prominent Opposition Senators and was authored by an Opposition.
However if you're asking generally, I say it is long overdue. We should have switched to Federalism (and Parliamentary) early.
It is true that the problem in Mindanao can be solved or should I say can be lessen by a lot, by this shift. The problem there is deeply historical which began with Emilio Aguinaldo.
