Body treatments range from 650 pesos including Thai, Shiatsu, Swedish, and Balinese massage, and body scrubs like Lapis Lapis Body Wrap, Macapuno Cream with Dead Sea Salt Scrub, Organic Rice Scrub and Invigorating Coffee Scrub. There are other treatments like volcanic stone massage, and herbal pouch that cost 1, 000 pesos per session. G's Spa also offers packages for individuals and couples on a very affordable price. All treatments are entitled of steam bath and sauna.
G's Spa is located in a quiet place welcoming each guest with cool breeze that really energizes their tired body. Inside the spa is Indonesian inspired interior. The treatment area is divided into two levels the lower level serves as the deluxe area that has a space that can handle 6 people per room. There are three deluxe rooms in the lower level with a common wash room, two showers area, one toilet area, one dry and wet sauna, and 8 cabinets. While in upper level it has executive like rooms usually have one to two beds that has personal shower and toilet per room and common wet and dry sauna. The Jacuzzi is located at the lower level but there's stair passage from the upper level going there.
I tried the Balinese massage of G's Spa, it is a deep tissue and holistic treatment that is accompanied with stretching, acupressure and circular movement to promote blood circulation and ease muscle and joint pain especially at the lower back and shoulder. Guest can choose from high grade virgin coconut oil (VCO) or Macapuno Cream for massage which both gives health benefits for the skin. Unlike my usual spa routine which before massage I had my steam bath and sauna, but with G’s Spa I took my massage treatment first before I had my steam bath which in this case I did sweat much and more relax after my treatment.
The quiet location of G’s Spa including the cool breeze gave my Monday afternoon massage that time more relaxing. They have air condition on the place but it is more comforting to have natural air outside that passes the window including the natural gloomy light outside because it was raining that time.
And if you’re planning to visit G’s Spa, which I am planning to visit again soon try their soothing ginger lemon grass tea. It is better with honey and honestly I had almost 5 cups that time. The taste is gentle with a ginger kick. So for those heading the Southern Metro and have a relaxing trip in Nuvali or Tagaytay try stopping by at G’s Spa and have that pampering you always wanted.
