With the growing community of yuppies, couples and starting families in the southern metro there’s a need for safe and secured houses to shelter them. Ayala Land Incorporation through their real state arm Avida Land Corporation opens a variety of residences and condominiums that will cater the needs of the growing communities in Cavite, Laguna, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Alabang, Las Piñas and nearby places. I was fortunate enough the join the group of bloggers and traditional media to see the Avida residences and townhouses in Cavite and condominiums in Alabang.

In Cavite, Avida Land Corp. opened four residences that are fit to the lifestyle, budget and the size of the family: Avida Residences Dasmariñas, Avida Settings Cavite, Avida Village Santa Cecilia and Avida Residences Santa Catalina.

For friendly and community driven type of couples starting to have a family or yuppies, the American-themed houses and courtyard system it will maximize the interaction among neighbors to strengthen the growing community within the area. Also all the houses are not facing the street instead all the doorsteps is within the green area to avoid accidents and encourage the children to do recreational activity.
