Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo files charter change resolution

Former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo who is now the a congresswoman in Pampanga officially files charter change resolution in her first day as a congresswoman one day after stepping down from the presidential seat. Mrs. Arroyo was succeeded by President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III as the 15th president of the Republic of the Philippines.

The filling of charter change resolution proves that Mrs. Arroyo is not yet contended with her position as a representative and her 9 year stint as president of the country. With her large political alliance in congress and the clamor of being the next speaker of the house will Mrs. Arroyo have the charter change that she is dreaming for so long as a Prime Minister? Will the newly seated PNoy allow it?
