The 7.2 magnitude shakes the Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins, near the Chilean coast on the morning of March 11, few hours before the inaguartion of President Piñera. The epicenter of the earthquake was 71 miles from Valparasio, Chile the area where the inauguration is set to happen.
Unlike the February 27 earthquake there is no tsunami warning raised to the Pacific area.
