KC Concepcion and Sam Milby team up on Star Cinema's Forever and a Day

For the very first time, KC Concepcion and Sam Milby will be working together on Star Cinema’s latest romantic drama directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina entitled Forever and a Day. The movie that will be showing beginning June 15, 2011 will make us believe that somewhere along the way of our life we will meet that special person for us, will make us fall in love and hope it will be forever.

Blue Water Day Spa will be having a Fun Run on October 17, 2010 at the SM Mall of Asia Sea Side at 5am. The fun run will be graced by Blue Water Day Spa endorsers like Sam Milby, Karylle, Fabio Ide, Daniel Matsunaga, Boom Labrusca, and Mikaela Lagdameo-Martinez who will be joining the race and Coach Rio dela Cruz will be joining the fun run too.

The fun run is divided into 3 categories with corresponding registration fee; 3K – P500, 5K – P600, 10K – P700, registration fee includes a Race Kits that includes: Blue Water Day Spa Fun Run Singlet, towel, race bibs, race map, and drawstring bags with lots of freebies. Runner aficionados can register on Blue Water Day Spa outlets or they can visit participating stores like; Time (SM Mall of Asia and Greenbelt), Rox (Bonifacio High Street), Columbia (Greenbelt 5) and Rest Toe Run (Gateway Mall).

Aside from the fun run, Blue Water Day Spa will be having a “Jazz Up Your Singlet” contest where they will be awarding runners who can design their singlets and wear it in during the run. Winners will be awarded Blue Water Day Spa goodies.

Sarah Geronimo, Sam Milby and Coco Martin stars on ABS-CBN’s IDOL/1DOL

On September 6, 2010 ABS-CBN will be launching IDOL (also known as 1DOL), the latest “kantaserye” in Primetime featuring Pop Superstar Sarah Geronimo, Rockoustic Heartthrob Sam Milby and Award Winning Dramatic Actor Coco Martin. The comedy-musical-drama will be aired after Noah, and on its pilot episode it will be shown simulcast on Studio 23, 8:30PM and delayed telecast on Cinema One 9PM.

Idol follows the journey of Belinda, also known as Billie played by Sarah who dreams to become a singer and joins singing competition with her friend named Vincent (Milby). Her dream ends faster after her parents Samson (Niel Ryan Sese) and Laura(Agot Isidro) involved themselves in a scam where one of the victim was Eleanor (Zsazsa Padilla) Vince’s mother. Billie with her family and aunt Toyang (K Brosas) was forced to transfer to a town where they were not known and changes their identity where she change her name to Jean. And on that town she met Lando (Coco Martin), a barangay tanod that has six jobs that supports his six young siblings that changes her views in life. With the two guys in Billie/Jean’s life; Vincent and Lando who will she choose at the end, the one whom she promised that she will never leave or the one who shows him the importance of life?

Idol, like Bituin, Pangarap na Bituin and Bituwing Walang Ningning, is one of greatest shows of ABS-CBN that brings out the talent to its cast members aside from the usual acting to singing and dancing which a musical drama requires. Idol also features stage performers and singers like Malou de Guzman (Sharona), Jessa Zaragoza (Magdalena), Thou Reyes (Buloy), Marissa Sanchez (Lucy), Emmanuelle Vera (Dianna), Robert Sena (Ben), and Jovit Baldovino. Idol is directed by Ruel Santos Bayani and Jojo Saguin.

IDOL/1DOL Music Video

After the flashmob that gives way to the reveal of Sarah Geronimo, Coco Martin and Sam Milby as the lead stars of ABS-CBN’s Idol (1dol), the video of the music video is finally out in YouTube and it shows that Zsa Zsa Padilla, Agod Isidro, Jessa Zaragoza, K Brosas, Robert Seña, Malou de Guzman, Jovit Baldivino, K Brosas, Marissa Sanchez, Neil Ryan Sese, and Emanuelle Vera will be joining the cast. The theme song is entitled My Number 1 and sung by Sarah Geronimo.
