Being a 100% Filipino owned coffee shop, Figaro Coffee Company expanded their line of beverages by adding tea products. Their latest tea flavors is made naturally from herbal plants that is common here in the Philippines and really good for the health. I had the chance to try all four new flavors and at the last part of this post I’ll be sharing which will be probably my usual order if ever I drop by in Figaro to have my warm cup of tea.
Figaro Sambong Blend. It’s common among Filipinos to have colds due to sudden change of weather. And a warm cup of Sambong tea can be at help to ease clog nose, headaches and sneezing that comes with colds. It can also cure kidney stones where it helps the person go to the wash room and secretes toxins and excess salts in the body that cause urinary problem. The Sambong leaves were dried perfectly for every tea bag and mixed with fragrant basil and lemon flavors to make it more enticing and relaxing to drink especially on a stressful afternoon at work that gives us migraine.
Figaro Coffee Company gives more option to their diners who love eating their breakfast in their favorite coffee shop. This time Figaro make it more Filipino-like breakfast meals that everyone would find it comforting. The two new breakfast meals include Beef Tapa Supreme and Marinated Boneless Bangus.
Beef Tapa Supreme – Perfectly marinated tender beef tapa sliced to bite size and paired with tomato and cucumber, fried egg and garlic rice.
Marinated Boneless Bangus – A very-Filipino boneless bangus that’s perfectly fried that is crispy outside and tender inside, best with fried egg, garlic rice and tomato-cucumber salad.
Among the two new breakfast meal of Figaro Coffee Company, I enjoyed Marinated Boneless Bangus which aside it is one favorite dishes, it comforting on an early morning break with a warm cup of coffee. I forgot to mention that the both meals are served with a cup of Figaro coffee and it both cost P150.
The Figaro Coffee Company’s Pork Longganisa and Classic Corned Beef breakfast meal are still available.
In line with the growing demands of their clients, Figaro Coffee Shop, a 100% Filipino owned company releases their latest merchandise to strengthen the affinity of their customers to their product. Figaro introduces their new tumblers and rain or shine umbrellas.
Figaro Coffee Company tumblers comes in three designs; green with coffee beans, white and coffee cup, and pink and maroon combination, all three comes in one size only and it cost P225.
And to avail the Rain or Shine Umbrella that only comes in yellow color with Figaro logo, they need to complete 6 stamps on their Figaro card. Each stamp is equivalent to a minimum purchase of 300 (single receipt).
One of the branches of the 100% Filipino owned coffee shop in Quezon City is celebrating its 3rd anniversary. Figaro Coffee Company Scout Magbanua branch located in front of the Capitol Medical City, franchised by Dr. Linda Luz Amante, a pediatrician and also the owner of Lemon Tree Inn where the coffee shop was erected. According to Dr. Amante it was by chance where they discovered the place and the area that time was a review center. Mostly I do interviews with business owners and was my first time to meet a franchisor and hearing stories from them on how they maintained their business strong was actually refreshing. Aside from the 3rd Anniversary of Figaro Scout Magbanua branch, it is my first time to try Figaro Frostbites; I had Strawberry milkshake and partnered it with Tuna and Cheese Sandwich. Other flavors include Chocolate and Crème Brule Milkshake.
And the best way to end a hearty lunch courtesy of Figaro is to have Ambrosia or Chocolate Éclair. Both are Figaro’s newest desert and perfect to be partnered with their brewed coffee.
