From October 1-6, Bravehearts, a non-government organization whose thrust is to campaign for cervical cancer awareness in cooperation with Cervical Cancer Prevention (CECAP) Network Program, and global pharmaceuticals company GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) will be having a Tour of Hope Exhibit at the Greenbelt 3 ground floor. The said exhibit will immortalize the support individuals both men and women in spreading the awareness on cervical cancer through the Tour of Hope, photos were taken by Jun de Leon and his team.
Tour of Hope is a cycling event headed by BreaveHeart where its aim is to create awareness and raise funds that will support the anti-cervical cancer project of CECAP. On the 2010’s Tour of Hope 360 where participants traveled from Makati to Baguio with their bikes facing the scourge of weather in order to fulfill their pledge in fighting cervical cancer.
On 2011, Bravehearts is hoping a bigger number of participants on their Tour of Hope and to raise more funds for the anti-cervical cancer campaign where they raised almost 1 million pledges and sponsorships this year.
