6.9 magnitude earthquake hits Mindanao
July 24 - a 6.9 magnitude earthquake wakes Cotabato City and nearby cities in Mindanao around 6:08am and according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Philvolcs) Director Renato Solidum Jr that the earthquake will not result any tsunami.
